ESU 9 HAL Consortium

ESU 9 offers a High Ability Learner Consortium to serve and support gifted and talented students locally by providing opportunities to develop their unique talents and demonstrate growth. It is our goal to develop, implement, and maintain a high-ability student education program through professional learning and youth events. The Consortium fee is $1,000.00 per school year and districts are billed at the beginning of each school year. For more information regarding consortium membership benefits, please contact Laura Ochsner or Shalee Lindsey.
